Please read these terms before using our scrapping, pickup, or valuation services.
Service Scope
- We provide quotes, pickup, and compliant scrapping for vehicles you legally own or are authorized to sell.
- Quotes are indicative until vehicle verification at pickup.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate vehicle information and required documents (RC, ID proof, etc.).
- Ensure safe access for pickup and disclose major damage/flood/fire status.
Payments
- Payments are made at pickup via agreed mode (bank transfer/UPI/cash as allowed).
- Final price may adjust after inspection if disclosed details differ materially.
Compliance
- We follow applicable state/central laws for scrapping and recycling.
- Deregistration and COD issuance follow local RTO requirements.
Liability
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service delays.
- Our responsibility is limited to the value of the transaction for the vehicle.
